八月盛夏，走進屏東瑪家。以排灣族文化為底蘊，在編織、陶壺與小米的故事裡，與台灣十二個慢城鄉鎮相聚三日——論壇對話、慢遊體驗、慢食風土、收穫祭典，一起練習「慢」的生活。 This August, walk into Majia, Pingtung. Rooted in Paiwan culture — woven crafts, clay pots and millet — join Taiwan's twelve Cittaslow towns for three days of forum dialogue, slow travel, slow food and the harvest festival.

以「全球視野、在地實踐」為定位，第七屆台灣慢城年會以台灣慢城聯盟年會為交流平台，結合國際慢城（Cittaslow）理念與瑪家鄉排灣族文化，透過論壇、慢遊、慢食與收穫祭，展現瑪家對永續環境、在地糧食與文化多樣性的守護。 Positioned as "global vision, local practice," the 7th Cittaslow Taiwan Annual Meeting weaves the international Cittaslow philosophy together with Majia's Paiwan culture — through forum dialogue, slow travel, slow food and the harvest festival — showcasing Majia's care for the environment, local food and cultural diversity.
論壇、慢遊、慢食、會員大會與收穫祭，四大主軸串聯三日活動。以下為活動流程總表，細部議程以行前通知為準。Forum, slow travel, slow food, the members' assembly and the harvest festival connect all three days. The detailed program will be confirmed in the pre-event notice.
於原住民族文化園區視聽館報到，領取名牌與活動手冊（電子版 QR Code）。Check in at the Cultural Park auditorium; receive your badge and digital handbook (QR code).
領取特製餐盒，在八角樓外廣場悠閒享用，練習慢城的慢食步調。Enjoy a specially prepared lunch box at the plaza — practicing the slow pace of Cittaslow dining.
台灣原住民族文化園區文化踏查，專業導覽隨行，深度文化走讀與傳統歌舞演出欣賞。A guided cultural walk through the Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park, with a traditional song-and-dance performance.
為下午抵達或未參與遊程的貴賓提供報到服務。For guests arriving in the afternoon or not joining the tour.
於禮納里舉行星空晚宴——在地 12 道主題菜餚與部落樂舞，正式揭開第七屆年會序幕。晚宴採桌牌制安排席位。A starlit banquet at Rinari — twelve local signature dishes and tribal music open the 7th annual meeting. Seating is assigned by table cards.
接駁專車送達指定特約民宿或飯店。Shuttles to designated guesthouses and hotels.
貴賓及與會人員報到入座。Guests check in and take their seats.
論壇議題：「人工智慧如何協助保護傳統文化與推動永續旅遊」Forum theme: "How AI Can Help Preserve Traditional Culture and Advance Sustainable Tourism."
邀集國內外及在地講師演講與綜合座談。Keynote speeches and a panel with speakers from Taiwan and abroad.
於各遊程目的地享用慢食午餐，結合地方特色餐飲。Lunch at each route's destination, featuring local specialties.
兵分四路：民族植物手染、月桃手作編織、食農教育、石板屋導覽——報名時填選志願。Four parallel routes: plant dyeing, shell-ginger weaving, agri-food education, and a slate-house tour — choose your preference when registering.
前往北葉國小參與收穫祭閉幕典禮，讓論壇能量與在地文化慶典完美融合。Join the harvest festival closing at Beiye Elementary School, where the forum meets living tribal celebration.
接駁返回旅宿，圓滿結束第二日行程。Shuttles back to accommodation.
頒發經典慢城鄉鎮獎項、慢城鄉鎮交流紀念禮交換，以及台灣慢城聯盟會旗交接儀式。Cittaslow town awards, commemorative gift exchange, and the alliance flag handover ceremony.
接駁大巴與中巴前往高鐵左營站、屏東火車站，為三天兩夜的瑪家慢城之旅畫下句點。Coaches depart for THSR Zuoying Station and Pingtung Railway Station, closing the three-day journey.
串聯瑪家鄉最具代表性的文化地標、工藝據點與綠色農場，深入體驗「慢城・漫程・瑪家行」的風土魅力。Linking Majia's most iconic cultural landmarks, craft studios and green farms for a deep taste of the land.
8/12 下午遊程 A（文化園區踏查）為所有與會者開場；8/13 下午遊程 B、C、D 兵分三路同時進行，報名時單選一條、每條限 40 人，額滿為止。報名頁會即時顯示各路線剩餘名額。Route A (Cultural Park walk) opens the event for everyone on Aug 12 (PM); on Aug 13 (PM), Routes B, C and D run in parallel — pick one, 40 seats each, first come first served. The form shows live remaining seats.
專業導覽隨行的深度文化走讀——園區導覽及傳統歌舞演出欣賞，初識瑪家慢城精神與排灣族文化底蘊。A guided cultural walk with a traditional song-and-dance performance — your first encounter with Majia's Cittaslow spirit and Paiwan heritage.
走進喜樂園，認識民族植物的智慧，親手完成一件民族植物手染作品。Discover the wisdom of native plants and hand-dye your own textile piece.
在瑪家著名的月桃編織工藝裡，跟著在地講師以雙手經緯交錯，編出屬於自己的作品。Guided by local artisans, weave your own piece in Majia's renowned shell-ginger craft.
生態導覽與食農體驗，看見鳳梨田與山林之間，永續農業的日常實踐。An eco-tour and hands-on food-and-farming experience amid pineapple fields and mountains.
論壇與年會中場休息，由瑪家在地餐飲業者與芒果評鑑競賽得獎品牌提供在地特色茶點；三日午餐與星空晚宴，皆以在地食材詮釋慢食精神。At forum breaks, Majia's local eateries and award-winning mango brands serve local refreshments; every lunch and the starlit banquet interpret slow food through local ingredients.
8/12 晚間，在禮納里的星空下，以 12 道在地主題菜餚與部落樂舞迎賓，為年會揭開序幕。On the evening of Aug 12, twelve local dishes and tribal music welcome guests under Rinari's stars.
8/13 午餐安排於各遊程目的地的合作店家，結合地方特色餐飲——每一口都是瑪家風土。On Aug 13, lunch is served at partner eateries along each route — every bite tastes of Majia.
對外接駁：高鐵左營站、屏東火車站定點定時接駁，活動首日與賦歸日均有班次。Intercity: scheduled shuttles from THSR Zuoying Station and Pingtung Railway Station on arrival and departure days.
場館接駁：文化園區、禮納里晚宴、各遊程與收穫祭會場之間，均有大型遊覽車與 9 人座專車串聯。On-site: coaches and 9-seat vans connect the Cultural Park, the Rinari banquet, all routes and the harvest festival venue.
自行開車：導航「台灣原住民族文化園區」（屏東縣瑪家鄉北葉村風景 104 號），園區備有停車場。By car: navigate to "Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park," Majia Township, Pingtung; parking available.

部落住宿體驗：入住瑪家村、禮納里接待家庭與特色民宿，感受最純樸的部落生活氛圍。Tribal homestays: stay with host families and guesthouses in Majia and Rinari for an authentic taste of tribal life.
自行安排：亦可自理住宿，於報名表單中勾選即可。Self-arranged: you may also book your own stay — just indicate it in the form.
